Terms:

Apartments are priced for in full at time of arrival. Cash or major credit cards accepted.

Your card will NOT be charged unless you do not arrive and then for only the first night stay plus a small booking fee.

Late Arrival & Early Departure

We keep our costs low to provide good value products by not having large staffs on duty outside of normal 08:00 to 18:00 business hours daily.

If you are arriving after 18:00 and /or leaving before 08:00 then we charge a small additional fee to cover keeping staff in the office to personally greet you. We include airport transfer (one way for 1 to 4 persons) in this extra fee. more info

Provide Credit Card Information - Safely !

Our secure serve is very safe. We have been using the same system since 2001 with no problems. Your card is NOT charged immediately. Your card is authorized to check if it is a valid number by our staff in Riga Latvia.

If you prefer, you may send us your credit card information by FAX (click to print FAX form) or by calling our office and giving the number over the telephone. We do NOT recommend sending your credit card number by email unless you break the information up and send in several emails. Click here for FAX and telephone numbers.

Vouchers & Invoice emailed to you

After we confirm all details of your reservation and check your credit card for the deposit, we prepare a detailed Invoice listing all costs and showing the total price. In addition, we prepare a Voucher for the apartment and for the airport transfer with all instructions about where to collect the keys, our address and our 24 hour telephone numbers.

These Vouchers and Invoice are emailed to you normally within 24 hours of placing your reservation.

Vouchers for airport transfer on departure are given to you personally at the time of departure.
