Prices listed are for 1 person or 2 persons as a couple with one double bed for five night stay.

Stays less than five nights is subject to a higher rate.

Price for two persons with a two bed arrangement are 11 Ls (about €15.00 Euros) per night additional.

Patricia LTD reserves the right to charge for extra persons at 11 Ls about Euros €15.00 per person per night or to charge for additional cleaning up to the amount of the security and cleaning deposit of 50 Ls about Euros €100.00 at their discretion. Client's signature on the rental agreement is the authorization for these charges.

Standard arrival and departure times for apartments are between 08:00 to 18:00 daily.

Check-in time is 14:00 to 18:00 daily.

Late arrivals after 18:00 and early departures before 08:00 are subject to a 25 Ls fee. This fee includes one way airport transfer and a special access/entrance fee into Old City.

Scheduled arrivals after midnight or before 07:00 and not accepted. An additional fee may apply if an arriving flight is delayed past midnight.

Normal checkout time is 12:00. An extra room fee is required for check-outs after 15:00 and regular one day fee is charged after 18:00.

No Penalty Fee applies if cancellation notice is longer than time requirement - only a Booking Fee will be charged. All cancellations must be in writing by FAX or email (patricia@parks.lv) in advance per the schedule listed above. Cancellations are NOT complete until we reply back and confirm the cancellation. Emails and Faxes can be lost during sending. The responsibility is with the renter to make sure that a cancellation is confirmed back in writing. All cancellations are subject to a non refundable 18 Ls (about 25 Euro) Booking Fee For late notice cancellations, your credit card will be charged the PENALTY Fee amount indicated plus the corresponding Booking Fee. Telephone calls are NOT sufficient notification of cancellation. There is no fee for upgrades to more expensive or the same level apartments as long as it is discussed in advance and planned for.

Apartments fully furnished and prices includes all fees, bed linen, towels, cable TV, telephone, utilities and cleaning on departure. Availability subject to change without any notice. Patricia LTD reserves the right to substitute an equal or better accommodation without notice. We hope not to have to substitute and will only do so only in case of availability or problem with normal room services (hot water, electricity, locks or safety).

Airport pickup available at extra cost. Prepaid airport taxi coupons available. The price for prepaid taxi coupons depends on location and time of arrival and your destination. Our rates are guaranteed and competitive. click for more information . Three persons maximum per coupon.

Key and security deposit required 100 Ls about Euros €142 - refundable on departure provided keys are returned and apartment / room is left in reasonably clean condition. For lost or stolen keys the fee may be in excess of Euros €200 depending on types of locks and conditions of loss.

Clients sign a rental contract on arrival and are responsible for all damages to apartments and the facilities which are caused from meaningful neglect or a willful act. A credit card deposit in the amount of 100 Ls is required for each apartment rented. The credit card will be charged the costs of repair plus materials, taxes and bank fees. Client's signature on the rental agreement is the authorization for these charges. Should damages exceed this amount, the renter shall provide a payment means prior to their departure.

Telephone usage deposit. Under normal conditions, telephones in apartments and rooms are restricted from calling mobile phones and international calls. To allow for unrestricted calling, a 350 Ls about Euros €500 deposit is required either in cash or with a valid credit card. Calls are at cost plus 18% VAT and 10% handling fee.

Credit Card transactions using our secure server uses the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encode sensitive information like your credit card number that passes between you and our secure server located in the United States. SSL works by creating a temporary, shared "key" (sort of a digital code book) that lets only the computers on either end of a transmission scramble and unscramble information. To anyone between the sender and the receiver, including all the servers that may relay the message, the SSL transmission is indecipherable gibberish. Look for the small yellow gold colored padlock symbol on the lower right hand side of your browser screen and the "https://" instead of the normal "http://. This occurs normally at the time you are entering your credit card information at the "CHECKOUT" stage of your transaction.

All reservations require a valid credit card and expiration date guarantee of first night arrival plus applicable booking fee (see cancellation policy). Credit card information is sensitive and may be FAXed or telephoned to us to assure confidentiality and miss-use.
